COE
SINGAPORE: Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums for August's 1st bidding was released at the latest tender exercise on Wednesday (7 August).
Premiums for Cat A rose by $2,390 from $91,899 to $94,289 for smaller cars below 1600cc.
Cat B had also increased by a whopping $6,101 from $100,000 to $106,101. Cat B has remained in the 6-digit figure range consecutively since the 1st bidding in April 2024.
Prices for Cat C goods vehicle & bus had a slight increase by by $499, from $70,601 to $71,100.
Prices for Cat D motorcycles rose slightly as well by $512, increasing from $9,089 to $9,601.
Prices for Cat E open category jumped by $4,898, from $100,341 to $105,239.
Both Cat B and Cat E experienced the largest increase in prices, with a $6,101 and $4,898 jump in prices respectively.
Other categories experienced a steady demand with gradual growth.
