SINGAPORE: Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums for June's 1st bidding was released at the latest tender exercise on Wednesday (5 June).
Premiums for Cat A fell by $4,500 from $92,700to $88,200 for smaller cars below 1600cc.
Cat B fell significantly too, by $5,082 from $105,689 to $100,607. However, it still remains in the 6-digit figure range, making it the 5th time that it's consistently been above $100k since the 1st bidding in April 2024.
Coming in 3rd, Cat E for open category vehicles (except motorcycle) have fallen by $3,402, from $105,002 to $101,600.
Cat C for goods vehicles & buses fell by $1,412 from $72,001 to $70,589.
Lastly, Cat D for motorcycles dropped the least, by $322, from $9,311 to $8,989.
This round's bidding has been the lowest since the 2nd bidding of March 2024, where prices were previously $85,489 and $96,011 for Cat A and Cat B respectively.
