Unfortunately, there's not much changes to COE prices in the 1st bidding of July 2024. It seems COE prices won't be coming down for awhile.
SINGAPORE: Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums for July's 1st bidding was released at the latest tender exercise on Wednesday (3 July).
Premiums for Cat A rose by $112 from $90,889 to $91,001 for smaller cars below 1600cc.
Cat B had fell by $1,433 from $102,334 to $100,901. It still remains in the 6-digit figure range since the 1st bidding in April 2024.
