SINGAPORE: Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums for January's 1st bidding was released at the latest tender exercise on Thursday (4 Jan).
Premiums for Cat A fell by a whopping $19,990 from $85,000 to $65,010 for smaller cars below 1600cc.
Cat B also dropped significantly by $24,991 from $110,001 to $85,010.
Premiums for the January 2024 1st bidding have reached their lowest point in almost two years, providing a welcome relief for prospective car buyers.
