Our agreement in Cult of Cars.
By joining Noto Cult of Cars (hereinafter referred to as "the Club"), you agree to the following terms and conditions of membership. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of the Club, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any updates or amendments.
By joining our community, you agree to abide by the following rules:
- Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have a valid driver's license and a genuine interest in cars and driving. Membership is open to car or driving enthusiasts who do not meet the above criteria, on a case by case basis. The Club reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant at its discretion.
- Membership Fee: The Club does not require an annual membership fee. While we reserve the right to change this, we are committed to keeping the Club free, for as long as practically possible.
- Membership Duration: Membership is valid for one calendar year from the date of enrollment. Your membership will be automatically renewed, subject to Renewal terms and conditions (see below).
- Renewal: Membership renewal is subject to the Club's approval. The Club reserves the right to deny renewal of membership for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the Code of Conduct.
- Member Responsibilities: As a member of the Club, you agree to abide by the Club's Code of Conduct, adhere to all club rules and guidelines, and comply with local laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in termination of membership.
- Termination of Membership: The Club reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of the Code of Conduct, or any other actions deemed detrimental to the Club or its members.
- Event Participation: Members are responsible for their own safety and well-being during Club events and activities. By participating in any event, you assume all risks associated with such activities and release the Club, its officers, and its members from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from your participation.
- Club Partners and Deal Drops: The Club is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of products, services, or deals offered by club partners. Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before purchasing or using any products or services from club partners.
- Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and intellectual property related to the Club, its website, and its events are the property of the Club and/or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of such content is strictly prohibited.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from your membership in the Club or your participation in Club activities shall be resolved amicably through negotiation, mediation, or any other mutually agreed-upon dispute resolution method. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
By joining Noto Cult of Cars, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
